Dr. Daria Podstawczyk received a Ph.D. degree in 2016, while in 2018, she completed a short-term postdoctoral research stay at Texas A&M University. Currently, Dr. Podstawczyk works as an assistant professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland, where she leads a research group – BiOSS lab.
Expertise
In her research, Dr. Podstawczyk mainly focuses on the programmable self-assembling behavior of various 3D-printed hydrogel constructs. Particularly, her group designs composite shear-thinning inks to print pre-designed architectures with stimuli-induced shape transformation directly.
