VISWANATH VITTALADEVARAM profile

I am Viswanath Vittaladevaram, PhD Researcher from University of Galway, part of lifETIME CDT Programme. I did my Master's degree in Biotechnology from University of Bangalore, India and later gained research experience working in industry. Later,moved to Germany and acquired research experience in bioinformatics focusing on modelling and simulation. I am currently doing my research on modelling blood-brain barrier using a combination of computational and experimental approaches complementing each other at University of Galway in collaboration with CÚRAM,SFI research centre for medical devices and partnered with University of Glasgow,Aston & Birmingham,UK.

I have obtained research experience in different areas of biological and chemical sciences ranging from bioinformatics, microbiology, biochemistry, plant sciences and molecular biology. Since from past 2 years, my work is majorly focused on computational chemistry using Insilico approaches and later will be complementing with experimental procedures.
